I’ve always been very happy with Centbee. Works well. I’ve just done a top up on the 18th via OZROW - The top up function shows transaction complete but not updating the purchase - ie syncing with the wallet as error 404 shows up- cannot get hold Of support at all ..Probably a software issue that needs sorting .. I have updated the app - Help!!

Feels like a web app rather. And it’s some kind of different bitcoin so you can’t use it with other bitcoin wallets. Feels a little scammy.

The cent bee app is a really great app for the Bsv token . And I really enjoy the easy navigation process that the app offers which is user friendly to all new user. But please the Operators on the cent bee app should try and input a buy section to where users can buy the Bsv token. Why did my funds disappeared? Who had access to my wallet from your team? These are some of the ?’s I asked and no response so far. Why were my funds not secure thru app? CentBee failed to protect my funds and now I have lost with no help on their end. I will follow up with whatever resources and actions I may need to hold CentBee accountable for this. Update: After experiencing a very scary moment for anyone that sees there account go to ZERO, they were able to fix whatever issue they were having on their end. Not fun and def not feeling safe storing anything in this wallet anymore.

I got a new phone, put in my recovery passphrase, but the app is stuck on “setting up my wallet” It’s been two weeks :(
