This app won’t work no matter what I do this is ridiculous what good is it if it won’t work
I keep having random logins from strangers (!!!) and support has tried to be helpful but ultimately ineffective. I have changed my password multiple times. Even worse, I am supposedly set up for two-factor authentication and email notifications which do not actually happen. I am honestly kind of freaked out at this point and don’t know what to do. Otherwise the app is pretty good.

Please bring Face ID back to this app for IPhone.
I typically love my bank, BUT the newest update has limited how much money you can transfer from account to account. This is a huge problem for my husband and I. He generally sends me 965$ to pay our rent and now he cannot send more that 500$ a day. There’s nothing the store can do to help, other than tell us to go pull cash and deposit into my account. Throws a huge wrench in things for us. There never was a limit and I hate this.
This is the worst ever app for digital banking. No support whatsoever. Asked question on Feb.2022 and at March 30 2022 still no answer or resolving a problems. Most useless layout, which doesn’t make a sense. After “great” update I lost track of my payments. They just disappeared. Contacted support, never got answers . Good bank, worst on-line banking. Because of that I going to change bank, thanks developers. Would not recommend.
My husband transferred money to my account but it wasn’t showing in my account. When I called the bank they said it was showing on their end and didn’t know why our apps weren’t reflecting that. It would be nice if the app would show what was transferred and what is available in each respective account. The money took three days to transfer which, I guess, I understand, but not reflecting the transaction in our accounts is a flaw on the apps part.
I have been a customer for many years and have used online banking since it started. Latest update is awful. More complicated and will not allow me to use my phone security features and I have to sign in every time I use the app. Everything takes longer to find and takes longer to complete.
The update totally ruined a perfectly good app. It went from easy-to-use and intuitive to a hard-to-navigate mess. It takes too long to find info. It can’t remember me - and constantly wants to confirm my identity by sending a text to my spouse’s phone. It was nice being able to check my balance, pay bills and make transfers. It’s practically useless to me now.
Ever since the update I haven’t been able to log back into the app to check any of my accounts. This update is absolutely horrible. I miss the old app already
