Central Bank of the UAE

البرنام تابع للبنك المركزي لدولة الامارات العربية المتحدة ، ويتولى المصرف المركزي مسؤولية الرقابة والإشراف على شركات التأمين والبنوك وشركات التمويل . وانصح اي حد عنده مشكله مع شركة التامين بمواضيع الخسارة الكلية او الاصلاحات المكلفة والتصليح لدئ الوكاله . وصراحة الاخوة والاخوات الكرام في البنك المركزي الله يعطيهم الصحة والعافية م يقصرون .

I raised two complaints against insurance company, both are closed with same comment ( case been solved by central bank , without any details and the 2nd been closed as the customer mobile switched off - after one call only after waiting of 6 days ) Poor customer service team , I believe the staff needs the now the process of the complaints handling , customer calls timeframes Very disappointed from the level of UAE central bank .

This app is useless and most of its reports is incorrect and once you go to their office even they will tell you that you have to go and follow up with the banks as if we are the ones getting salary to do that job Actually everyone one facing problems with them should complain to the central bank so they will know what this company is doing We are here in UAE and we know the quality of service provided in the UAE so let sure if this matters will reach to higher authorities something is going to be changed

البرنامج لا يعمل بشكل صحيح. وهناك صعوبات كبيره بتحميل الصور واحياناً لا يفتح البرنامج من الاساس

The app is not much easy to use letters are very small its make confusing where can get the service what the users looking for
