Really frustrated by this app right now because my balance doesn’t change as transactions are happening. This app worked great on my previous phone, but now I never know my balance because it rarely ever updates. It used to show me my new balance immediately after money was transferred in or out. I’m seriously begging, please fix this. It makes everyday purchases very hard for me.

The new update shows the balance at the end of day before and doesn’t update until the next day. It is very frustrating. I wish they would fix this to the way it used to be.

The app has improved over the years but one issue remains as a source of frustration. There are times where a scheduled bill will be removed from that list. It will also not show as pending and the amount is not removed from balance to affect available balance. This “balance delay” is frustrating as it can delay at times for several days. This can cause close calls in managing cash flow and keeping a positive balance. I understand delays in payments taking time to hit the account but when a scheduled bill leaves that list it should immediately be taken out of available balance until it hits the actual balance. I really don’t like this issue to the level of considering a bank change.

I have been thoroughly impressed by all the people at Central Bank. Very competent service and extremely friendly staff. I could not be happier!

I have two different accounts but in bill pay it doesn’t state the last 4 of the account nor the full name of the account it came from so I don’t have a way to track it. I called in and they said not enough room to put the title name. Not true they have enough space on the TO line above to write who it’s going to and the last 4 of an account they simply did not program the from line the same.

Just really frustrating when it doesn’t show the correct balance. It shows transactions made, then it disappears, and show up again on a different day…

Certain blue checks cannot be scanned

Every time I open Bill pay it crashes the app. Would really like to keep banking here, but Central Bank is seriously behind when it comes to online banking.
