Booked a cab Thursday afternoon to go to work Friday morning in anticipation snowy weather. Reserved it for a few minutes earlier than I actually needed, just in case. At the pickup time, I get a message saying a car has been dispatched. (Late, but okay...) I have a name, plate number, etc. 2 minutes later, I get a message saying the booking is cancelled. (WHAT?!?) I instantly call the number, and the woman says “there is nothing on my screen” and “there are no cars in the area.” Totally unhelpful! No apologies, nothing. App deleted. Users beware!

When all else failed, these guys were there for me.

Please don’t bother wasting your time with this. First face value the app looks quite good but keeps crashing. When you eventually book your desired journey the taxi doesn’t turn up. Stick with Uber if you value your sanity
