CEPat - Citizen E-Payment

The fact that you have no help center is USELESS! I typed the wrong e-mail into my IC number and now I can’t fix it so I can’t ride the bus!!!!

bila nk login, kata password salah. ok la salah diri sendiri sbb lupa. bila tekan forget password, eh dia boleh kata email kita tak berdaftar. lahh aku ada 1 email je kot. kalau dh daftar celah mana pulak email tak berdaftar lagi? TERUK LA SERVIS email pun takde respond. SETAHUN MASALAH YG SAMA MASIH TAK SELESAI. SANGAT TERUK! MEMALUKAN SELANGOR NEGERI PALING KAYA LA KONON

Yang nk download utk bas tu tk pyh la download tadi dh naik bas lpstu dia suruh turun sbb tk download tunggu bas next tunggu punya tunggu dgn dh byr RM10 last ii bast nya tkde pun dkt sjm tunggu hampah baik order grab dgn RM10 dh la tk blh refund hampeh btul kena scam

dah la apps tak boleh pakai, pastu driver bas nak marah marah kita sebab kita tak scan. benda apps nak daftar pon tak boleh pastu dia lagi nak bising bising

Cnt even register, still stuck on same page after finished fill all the information, what is the point for this apps? government never surprised me with their ang portal, all is the same, slow, non user friendly.

apps yang paling menyusahkan orang , haritu dh daftar then tak dapat nombor TAX berjam” tunggu , so memang tak boleh log in. then daftar lagi and dia kata nombor KP dh daftar, so macam mn aku nak login kalau No KP dh daftar tapi x boleh log in!!

I’ve accidently key in the wring email. Now i can’t do the registration. Pls help

so slow this app the worse experience ever. pls do something if u want the ppl to use this app

I cant even sign up an account just to take a bus…. it keep say the password is not according to format i dont understand…..

Experiencing login issues with the CEPat app has hindered my ability to use the bus service, making the ‘CEPAT’ aspect questionable.
