I love the app hook line and sinker

App is flawed. I want account notifications but couldn’t care less about all your marketing messages. I have it turned off in settings but still get them. It’s awful. I expect better.

The staff on Main Street in Gaylord Michigan are very people oriented. They know there job which is hard to find nowadays.thank you guys for all you do

Constant problems and site down

After moving to Arizona from my home state of Michigan, I was very disappointed with the banking services and choices I had out west! To my surprise they were willing to give me a auto loan even though I was no longer a Michigan resident. They have given me great benefits through their banking institution. I save more money and have more benefits through this wonderful institution. I’ve always had quick responses and answers to any of my problems or concerns. Their employees and services have helped me to a greater understanding and knowledge of saving and investing. Thank you CFCU for your service, support and great customer service. A financial app keeping it simple while providing maximal functionality.

It used to be so good I could access everything I needed too the recent update ruined the app please fix this I’m all ready thinking about switching banks ! Doesn’t even show I have a debit card etc idk if my account is glitched or what!

Take a long to sign in to account

I overall like the changes to the app found it easier to do a lot things. I only wish that there was a way to simply skip 1 payment on a loan ( especially if you are ahead on your payment), Without having to shut off your autopay. I needed that payment money for Christmas. Had to shut my auto pay off completely. Then go back to the credit union to have a teller turn it back on. Might be nice to also make a way to turn auto pay on, since you can shut it off.
