Great app

This app is no good. Asks you to pay for the most basic features. I’ve got a visitor notification I cannot clear unless I pay. Super frustrating and I uninstalled the app

So, I bought a 1-month VIP subscription about a week ago. I've encountered numerous issues since joining. 1. CAN'T TURN OFF AUTO BILLING There is no way within the app (that I can see) to turn OFF automatic reoccurring billing. The app description states (and promises immediately prior to purchase), "You can manage your subscription and switch off the auto-renewal by accessing your Account Settings after purchase". Well, in my CFish account settings, there is NO OPTION to do that - only to change email address and password. I have emailed CFish via their in-app contact form about this and requesting they turn off my auto reoccurring billing but heard nothing back. 2. MESSAGING SOMETIMES DOES NOT WORK When messaging back and forth with someone, for some unknown reason, certain messages will DISAPPEAR when you send them, rather than posting! So the user never gets them! This is extremely annoying and frustrating. And there is no explanation offered by the platform that I have found for this. It feels like there is some kind of a filter manipulating what you can and cannot say. I'm not talking about a filter filtering anything blatantly offensive. I'm just talking about not being free to message exactly what you want, when you want. Is this a Communist app? 3. BOT-LIKE BEHAVIOUR IN MANY CHATS Sometimes when writing an initial message to a user, the response, "Thanks" will appear as if from the user before I have even sent the message! I have tried erasing the message rather than sending it and the, "Thanks" likewise disappeared! What is that!? Very fishy and bot-like. Some users (or perhaps a bot acting on behalf of the user?) will have a standard opening 2 lines: "Thanks", and "I'm doing ok, How about you?" REGARDLESS of whatever message has just been sent! Very fishy, bot-like behaviour. 4. MANY FAKE PROFILES Many of the users display profile pics that look like they have been digitally scanned from PHYSICAL photos. Who does that in 2021? Not Western Millennials. To me, this is a clear sign of fakes and scammers. In Summary, my overall impression is that this is a SCAM site and a MAJOR WASTE OF TIME. - app does not deliver what it promises - platform is riddled with bots/scammers - you can't turn off auto billing. (What!?) Oh! And there is no email address listed anywhere for admin....not even on their website! (which doesn't seem to work properly)
