The tier systems makes no sense for one - no rewards when you move up. To top it off I’ve got a notification saying tier will be reset 1/01. Really??? From gold down to bronze in one fell swoop. The app doesn’t take Amex which is pathetic as the stores do The menu on the app doesn’t correspond to normal menu options. Eg desi breakfast gives you no option to make the chai large on the app. It gives you no real reason to use the app. You barely get rewards and when you do they decide to reset it. What’s the point?? Have a rewards systems which functions and make it more user friendly.

I ordered large karam chai which seems out of stock and was asked to wait for few mins. I asked if I can have pink tea instead to minimise the wait. Instead of being happy I was asked to take regular cup when I paid large for karam chai. I myself then asked to charge extra money to have large cup. Pink tea was given with no nuts. This was not a good experience at all.

Not the worst app but it’s really annoying that you can’t use the app unless it’s on the latest version. To top that, you’re also logged out every time you update so you end up spending 10 mins updating and logging back in inside the store instead of ordering. If that wasn’t enough, not all Chaiiwala stores accept this app.

Hi. Bradford stores are no longer on the app to order in advance for collection. This has disappeared from the app suddenly. Could this be reviewed. Thanks.

Please add option to scan order at the till for loyalty points, rather than only having to order on the app

Lovely food and customer service every time

Saw the App advert in the Aberdeen branch but it isn’t even listed in the locations. So misleading!

They are scamming through there app now. They clearly said that they are giving 25% discount if you buy first time through the app. When i try to buy first time through the app, it does not give me any discount. I also showed my slip to the shop as well and they said that we are sorry. We can’t do anything about this matter. It will show you that how much discount you are getting but when you go for the payment, it will not give you a discount. Very disappointed 😡
