The core mission of Chaldal is to save money and save time as we focus on the fact that people don’t have to spend too much of their precious money and time to buy their necessities on a daily basis. We want to make people’s lives easier so that they can do their daily activities without running to the supermarket or vegetable market.
We understand a little assistance with daily grocery needs goes a long way in making lives easier. Chaldal is now the largest online grocery platform in Bangladesh. Since 2013, we have been working relentlessly to improve our delivery mechanism. We have warehouses situated across the major cities of the country such as Dhaka, Chattogram, Rajshahi, Khulna, and Sylhet. Having these warehouses has enabled us to successfully operate a 30 minutes delivery service.
We assure the quality of the products for our customers by sourcing straight from farmers, manufacturers, and importers. With the integration of our automated warehouse management, the processing time has decreased significantly. Our well-designed system architecture enables us to track each and every order from the moment of its placement to delivery.

The app keeps resetting and I cannot save my payment details
Careless
One significant issue has been observed from the very beginning of the delivery & no improvement, which is really surprising as well as reason of overlooking? That’s - overlooking & carelessness For example : today I ordered for Ice Frappe (Nestle product) but I observed “leaked” & coming out from pack? Most of them are not in order. There are many examples being I witness & I reported too many times but no outcome.
Great app
The interface is quite easy and I like how fast it is.
ONE OF THE WORST
They often send rotten stuffs.And they also don’t send all the listed items.
The worst service ever
These people don't value customers and their valuable time. Firstly, the services are not delivered on time. Secondly, the app shows many products which don't even exist on their stock and never updates their stock list, which is another night mare. At the end of the day if you keep waiting for the goods to be delivered and suddenly you get a message the product is unavailable. The excuse is not valid.
