Hands down the best!
Hands down the best progressive overload programming out there! I love the variety of workouts/programs in this app. It’s suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced athletes! Whether you’re training at a gym or from home there are options for everyone! I have seen massive improvements across most lifts following the Powerbuilding program and even when I can just stick to 4 out of 5 or 6 days. There are demo videos for each movement. I also love how Ryan is so open to take feedback on board and improve the app as needed! Great little app and affordable programming! Get on the gainz train with Chalk Performance Training 💪🏽
