Champs Sports: Shoes & Apparel

I genuinely hate this app and foot locker, they advertise for shoes that are out of stock. When you purchase the shoe they will cancel the order and leave you waiting for a refund for about 4-7 days.

Now that the Foot Locker app has been updated to a newer format, I feel it’s time for the Champs Sports app to follow. The newer format that Foot Locker use is just so much better.

FOR GOODNESS SAKES STOP SINGING ME OUT EVERY FEW DAYS!! SO ANNOYING! PART OF THE REASON I HARDLY BUY ANYTHING!!

I can never log into my account to try to enter in raffles or purchase shoes on their release date.

Esta tienda tiene el peor servicio al consumidor que he visto en mi vida. Los llamas inmediatamente después de hacer una orden en línea y te dicen que no pueden cancelarla, ni cambiar la dirección, la única solución que dan es que en dos días cuando el carrier me mande el número de rastreo, los contacte a ellos para cambiar la dirección de envío. Una locura totalmente.

I go to buy a sneaker that is “in stock” but I go to purchase it and says “request failed” ??? No seriously how? I watched that same shoe along with others slowly being sold out the sizes I want but yet I can’t buy them? I’ve tried everything, delete the app then redownloaded, nothing. Go online, besides the app, same thing. I grew up on champ stores and collaborations. Now im giving a bad review. Going out my way to give a bad review.

This app keeps kicking me out and making me change my password!!! It has done this 5 times!! Fix the app please and thanks!!!!

I love the in person stores, but as for online I hate it, all my orders get canceled no matter what I do, I’ll try every card I have check every thing that could’ve gone wrong and it’ll show up with nothing. They just cancel my orders for no reason.
