They’re thieves and I’m here to tell people to stay off they have a really really bad customer service and they don’t care about their customer that I can tell you is a fact because immediately I deposit they put my fund into ledge balance and that’s 6 months ago till now they giving all kind of stories why I can’t use my money is under review for 6 months

I migrated from Payday, first issue was getting my ID verified, next and still battling with my migrated funds to be useable. Y'all said it's being checked whether it is safe. Money that I deposited and then converted to USD been checking for months now whether it is safe to use.

These people should be reported . The will rip you off your money and that’s it. One advise don’t use it.

Money that I deposited and then converted to USD been checking for months now whether it is safe to use. I let that slide and deposited naira after reading the terms that deposit fee is 1% while in reality I was charged more than 1%. I went ahead and made second deposit to convert to USD and create a virtual card to pay for subscriptions, none of the cards are available for creation. Why tell me insufficient balance only for my to make balance available before finding out that the feature does not even work? Be honest with yourselves, you launched and made all these promises whereas in reality when compared with financial institutions in your category the difference is that you charge and don’t deliver. I wonder who the people are that are giving good reviews, how much were they paid or are they using a second Changera app that I do not have access to. Please fix this problems. It makes no sense for a customer to get to the point of using your service before finding out that it does not work. It is frustrating and then you charge them on top of it. Is that value for money?

This app is run/owned by scammers that use the promise of helping you convert your naira to dollars but won’t, and you can’t transfer out or get access to you money again. I strongly advice against it if you don’t mind getting ripped off your money. Thanks, don’t mention

App moves like scam … paid for the so called EUR/GBP acct 13weeks ago Acct not given yet money not refunded

My money have been hold up by Changera since February 28 I transfer 500k from my zenith bank to Changera so that I can be able to buy dollars and books fight ticket, after convert my 500k to dollars the money was hold until now I have chatter the customer service to release my money, nothing have been done, I have everything as a proof that my money is been hold since February 28 . Please don’t used this application,
