Is there a way we can request features to be added: 1) There are other operators who does not require credit to be top up but just charged whatever amount to the payment method. I understand that this is a business decision. However, can we request that you allow us to be able to enter the amount we want to top up rather than just having a fix amount. You can specify a minimum amount and as long as we exceed the minimum amount leave to us to specify how much we want to top up. 2) Can we have the ability to know what’s the estimated KW will be utilized and therefore allow us to know how much we will be charged. 3) Can we have a screen to show the chargers based on our current location rather than having to go into the Network screen to look for one. This allow drivers to plan on their charging needs. 4) Lastly, can you build into the app to allow user to feedback and and request for feature request

Love the simplicity of the interface and the aesthetics of the pages. Advertisements are pleasant and not in your face. Great promotional materials as well. App loads quickly and does not lag.

I am a new user to charge+ and i tried to sign up as a new user. After keying my phone number kept telling me too many tries and cannot sign up at all. Angry and exasperated i had to drive away to another charger.

Somehow I cannot receive the registration otp

Why are we forced to pay a minimum amount when we just want to do a once off charging? This has to be one of the most ridiculous charging app. Will probably only charge with Charge+ out of desperation.

If you do not own an EV car, look away. For Tribecar rental, using this app for charging will get you discounted rate. However, you just could not register as app insisted to fill in 1) Number plate, 2) Vehicle model and 3) IU number when regsitering eventhough all 3 are indicated as (optional).

It was amazing that I could charge my EV with Charge+ in Malaysia opp. ONE°15 Marina Puteri Harbour, thanks to Charge+ App that guided me there!

I saw a review that Charge+ requires $25 deposit in using the App. I have just bought a monthly subscription plan via the App and there is no deposit required at all - I think the current version has been made good for customer journey.
