Bad service and bad process
Got a charger at DisneySea. The map of where to return it using both Apple Maps and Google maps sent me to the wrong spot. Finally got a cast member to direct me. The device was hidden next to a bathroom but inside the doors hidden around a corner with absolutely not signage outside. Got charged an extra hour despite trying to return the device for over ten minutes. I reported in the app with no response so one star service. Not only that but the charger barely got my device to 50% with nearly an hour of charging. 👎👎
