OMG their app is too GLITCHY, when scrolling IT moves up and down like glitching and my phone starts getting heated and once I scroll to the bottom I wait like 3 second for it to appear new page. Too much to deal with on the app, I’ll just use the web if I need to.
Very bad app experiences, the navigation is super slow and annoying. Once you click to view the product you can't easily go back. The response was so slow that will annoy you.
I had a bad online shopping experience. This app charged my money but did not update or send any email confirmation. After 7 days, I tried to contact them online; however, there wasn't have a live chat to talk. I emailed them, they have been taking forever to solve this problem. Unprofessional, low technology for a brand like this.

Used to love the app then one day the us version turned into Spanish until today.
This app keeps on signing me out it’s so annoying I hope they fix this issue to just keeping me signed in
Charles and Keith is a fantastic brand, with amazing prices, but you guys just took the web version of your website and integrated it into a mobile version. You could create such a beautiful mobile app, user friendly. I am an IT project manager, get it touch and I’ll be glad to take it as a project :)
