I canceled the subscription in 2021 or 2022 and recently they charged it again. How can I stop it?

Mistake
I could not register. Invalid postcode!!!
Niet fijn
Ik ben 13 maar kan niet inloggen als oppasser?! En ik heb mijn goede telefoonnummer gegeven en zegd dat hij niet word herkend! Ja logisch ik ben namelijk nieuw?!
Fix this app
This app hasn’t been working in years now…. The screen of the app gets bigger then my Iphone screen, so I can’t tap certain things. And every now and then the bar on the bottem changes to the bar that parents see instead of sitters?? I can select “favorites” aka sitters I’d like to book. But I ám a sitter… fix this please. I have been a loyal Charly’s Angel for 7 years now. But otherwhise I’ll find another company :(
Awful platform for nannys/babysitters
The parents want to underpay you and the app encourages you to lower your rate to get jobs instead of understanding that workers deserve to be well compensated. The addition of pet sitting onto the jobsboard has made the user experience worse. Avoid and choose another platform to work from.

Je moet om via hier op te kunnen passen een referentie invullen dat je oppas ervaring hebt, maar als iemand die met kinderen werkt maar nog niet heeft opgepast kan dit dus niet. Vind het raar dat je oppas ervaring MOET hebben omdat je anders niet verder kan
Noodzakelijk kwaad
De hele app is niet bedacht vanuit degene die oppas zoekt. Eindeloos nieuwe boekingen plaatsen in de hoop dat het een keer werkt, niet kunnen selecteren op beschikbaarheid van Angels, of op recente activiteit. Hopeloos
App enorm verbeterd
Na de laatste update zijn de chat en navigatie verbeterd en werkt de app weer super.
Bad Experience
Extremely disappointed with the service. Despite having good babysitters, the app's customer support is abysmal. I reached out regarding a problem over WhatsApp 24 hours ago and received no response. Unreliable communication and lack of accountability make this app frustrating to use. Look elsewhere for better support. Also to mention the babysitters are not very reliable . They will let your child having sharp objects in their hands being careless .
Issues on iPhone 15
App not optimised for iPhone 15, difficult too navigate.
