ChARM EHR Scheduler

I use ChaRM for connecting with my therapist remotely. It’s a pain having to frequently check online on my phone, via google or safari, with no notifications whenever I receive a message from my therapist, or have a new questionnaire to fill out; also not to mention having to log in again every time i open the website. I thought this app would work well, and despite the reviews, had pretty good hopes for the app. The second you download and log in, it takes way too long to load, i haven’t even seen it finish loading because it takes so long and I become impatient. Upon refreshing the app, you have to log in again, but it won’t even let you fill out the username.

Not receiving notifications nor is the option to setup notifications in the iPhone settings. Please correct this.

Ways to Well for the love of god drop this crappy app.

Cannot click user name field to login.

Would love to give some thoughts on the various features of the app, but it won’t even let me type in my username.

I can’t even select the option to enter my username. I can only type in a password.

It took me jumping through all the hoops to get my account linked. Just to not be able to sign in. Don’t bother wasting your time!

When it’s allowed me to get into my account, it works well, however it needs to have work done in order to iron out the bugs.

Not only is the app terrible… embarrassingly bad for an EHR system… but Charm’s internet based health record doesn’t even work well with Apple products. It’s 2021 folks… you’ve had a decade to get this fixed.

Pros: does a fair job of what it needs to do - messages - what I mainly use it for because the other functions are too clunky. Cons: 1) Needs to allow for fingerprint login. 2) needs push notification 3) user interface for selection options, particularly for drop down, and screen size is clunky 4) update would be nice to allow viewing all facilities at once
