It would be nice to have atleast control over my billing information. Shows no invoices nor allows me to add in a credit card. My provider can bill without my knowledge is not only unsafe but u professional. Please fix the app.

App logs in to an empty member page and can’t navigate anywhere else. Useless.

This is the best app I have ever used very helpful and also easy to use!

Some can get are vertically cut off in mobile app or mobile internet browser.

This app is fine for most of my needs but it is maddening that I will be typing up an email to my provider in it, have to click out of it to get some pertinent info, and when I come to the app, my message is gone and I’ve lost everything I typed to that point. If the developers can fix this, I would definitely increase the number of stars in my rating.

App issue with resetting password. Unable to access it app. A bit frustrating.

I never get notifications from this app. Unable to find settings within app and app does not show up in my ios settings. Miss a lot of communication.

The mobile app lets you do everything quick and easy from your phone instead of having to use the patient portal website!
