actually so sick of how often this app fails. it’s either constantly logging me out or it simply won’t open. that’s so dangerous and should be illegal quite frankly. this isn’t your money. this is the people’s money and they should have constant access to their own money. this is why i don’t trust banks. banks are what caused the great depression. i do not trust yall with my money at this point.

The app is literally terrible. It has issues opening/ loading more than it works properly… makes me want to give up my account here since I can never check my balance and pay my bills!

For the last few weeks the app randomly doesn’t work. I am going to have to switch to a more reliable bank.

This site is down far too often and after the hack this past summer I am constantly concerned about my account security.

Making me think the bank got hacked again!

Since the last update, the app hasn’t been working properly. It takes a long time to load and then tells me that I timed out. Please fix this issue.

This app is great for all my needs, but when there is a pop up that comes up when the app is opened (maybe letting us know there will be maintenance coming up or maybe new features?), it will not load and all I get is a white screen and cannot access the app at all. It has been happening more frequently lately.

This app asks to connect to your local network and then times itself out. Please fix. 9/15/23 to 9/16/23

Needs to fix bug !!! Haven’t been able to use for a week! Cant update bc no option 7/19/23

The app hasn’t worked in over a week at this point which isn’t convenient at all.
