My daughters school has switched to this for school lunches and I have no idea why. Communication through it is not clear, because nobody understands how it works, it just leads to more emails to parents (of which they leak everybody’s email addresses!) and then the payments often don’t work. A once per term email with the upcoming menu and a payment link seemed to work just fine. No idea why they’d pay to build and maintain an app like this.

Whenever there is an issue with payment - one can’t go back and change payment options, but instead App is frozen for 10mins with “Payment processing”. Ordering meals becomes super time consuming

Please fix this. Super frustrating.
