Мне понравилось приложение, хорошие аудиогиды. Могло бы оно бы и лучше - да могло. Но есть аудиогиды на многих языках в том числе на русском.

It seems that this app was created by a school student who is very bad at programming. What is the most important in an audio guide? Correct, to be able to hear a record commenting on a particular exhibit. But not in this app! One cannot just set the record number to hear it right away! We have to first choose the palace route, but which records are hidden under which tab. What might be easier than to just put on the image symbolising particular routes the record numbers which are covered? The navigation in the palace is as terrible as this app, so we cannot tell which part of a palace we are in. This, the only way to hear the guide is just clicking one image after another to find where the record is hidden

App crashes without diagnostic on iPad.

There is a 1-star review on this app from 5 years ago, and I’m sad to say it doesn’t look like any improvements have been made. I downloaded this before arriving, but when we got to the palace it became obvious that the app was pretty useless. It filters out things like toilets by default, and even when switched back on it wasn’t at all obvious and had poor directions. You can’t see stairs or even a proper interior map of any building. Also an issue with the whole site, when you leave it sends you outside the gift shops (very unusual for a large museum) so we didn’t get a chance to buy souvenirs. Oh well. Save yourself time and just get a paper map at the entrance! Download the ‘Rabbids at Versailles’ app for a bit of fun though, especially if you’re a gaming fan. Much better app.

The app has so much potential but is poorly implemented. The navigation is very clumsy and it is very had to find what you are looking for. We couldn’t find any logical connection between the layout of the rooms in the app and the actual route around the palace. The app had a feature to go to an audio entry by number but needed 4 digits. All the audio guide entries had only three! The terminology in the app does not match the naming and terminology at the palace. For example, we came out of the lift on the second floor but the app lists it as the first. All in all, very disappointing.

This app should be a lot better. Unfortunately it doesn't really help you to get from one place to the next. The audio and written descriptions are OK but very limited. You are supposed to be able to tap in the number of the section you are looking at and the descriptions should come up but they do not. In total only five locations (out of probably a few hundred) worked.

L’application ne précise pas les endroits fermés à la visite (appartements des filles du roi, salles dans le grand trianon, salle du jeu de paume). Les commentaires audio sont pratiques et intéressants. Le plan manque de clarté.

Déçue de l’appli, la localisation n’est pas fiable et elle n’est pas à jour des ouvertures des salles ou du parc

De base, elle devrait être bien comme app, mais les descriptions manquent de références comme codes QR dans les salles ou au moins les nombres qui sont écrits pour les appareils payants au château. Les descriptions ne correspondent pas aux panneaux dans le château. Il n’y a pas de plan du château même avec des liens. On devrait pouvoir vite retrouver les billets dans l’app et pouvoir les mettre dans Apple Wallet. Il reste plein de travail à faire pour la rendre utilisable.

Bonjour, L'application est très belle mais il est fort regrettable de ne pas y trouver une partie dédiée à l'histoire de chacun de ses grands personnages, comme c'est le cas sur la version du site. Ça tendrait l'application plus complète et consultable hors ligne.
