During the QR code check, the information contained in the QR code is only displayed on the verifying device. The relevant information is directly included in the QR code and is not retrieved from a database. The app connects to the internet during the startup process to check the availability of new certificates necessary for the correct and secure verification of the QR code. If new certificates are available, the app automatically downloads them to the device in use. Furthermore, the app does not connect to the internet at any other time. No personal data is retrieved from the internet or uploaded to the internet.

Wir Code wird nicht gelesen ärgerlich
Funktioniert mit iPad und iPhone, aber…
…es ist nicht eindeutig wo man clicken soll damit man die QR Code Prüfung aktivieren kann. Das könnte man im User Interface deutlicher kennzeichnen. Das Problem: Je nach Gerät und Bildschirmauflösung ist die Stelle auf die man clicken soll nicht komplett oder gar nicht sichtbar. Lösungsvorschlag: Die Fläche auf die man clicken soll im Zentrum und mit einer größeren Fläche unterbringen. Und auch in einer anderen Farbe die sich deutlich vom restlichen Text unterscheidet.
Nicht brauchbar.
Die Idee ist gut, nur die App funktioniert leider nicht, man kann den QR Code nicht scannen. Sofort nach Erhalt (17.04.24) des neuen Personalausweis ausprobiert, aber leider vergebens…
Eine Frechheit
Ich habe soeben meinen nagelneuen Reisepass erhalten (22.2.2024), aber die App weigert sich beharrlich, den QR-Code zu scannen. Da das Problem - wie man den Rezesionen leicht entnehmen kann - schon lange besteht, wundert es mich sehr, dass dies selbst bei einem aktuellen iPhone (Betriebssystem am letzten Stand) noch immer nicht klappt, aber ärgerlicherweise immer noch beworben wird. Und außerdem: Wenn ich mir die vergebenen Sterne so ansehe, so ergibt das keinen Durchschnitt von 2,1 - sondern einen, der gerade mal knapp über 1 liegt!
Kein Scan in 2024 möglich
Kamera fokussiert immer noch nicht.

Die App kann den QR-Code nicht scannen, wird sowas vorher getestet? Auch die neue Version kann nicht scannen, ich verstehe nicht, warum auf alle Rückmeldungen hier nicht reagiert wird…
App is a glumpat , Kamera liest den QR Code net.
Entwicklts net so a gfrast, wants es net vorher ausprobieren tats.
QR-Code sehr schwer auslesbar!!!
QR-Code beim Reisepass und Personalausweis sehr schwer scanner!
