Gift card
Y’all have been slacking, this app needs a lot of improvement. More so on the gift cards aspect! I redeemed for a gift card had a problem the first because I got the email for the gift card but it just shows that there was an error and wouldn’t allow you to click on the link for the gift card. Got a message that they were refunding my points and that they would have it fixed. Well it looked like it was fixed because when you redeem this time it showed that it would be looked into and would take about 2 weeks to get the gift card or feedback. Well it’s almost been a month since I redeem my points for a gift card and I haven’t even gotten anything. The only thing that I have received was an email saying reward has been requested. I then sent an email on the 5th to check on what was going with the reward. Then I got an email that says we got your support ticket, then the next email was saying we got your request and will respond when we can and haven’t gotten anything since! I was going to cash in the last of my points for a $10 card but that looks like it’s not happening. Please fix this
