Chess Openings Trainer

I have gotten into chess for some time now and I wanted to practice my openings and I saw this app so I decided to install it it is very in depth with most likely all the types of variations, gambits and I might go as far as to say that it might have all of them. The app is well thought but needs work like the openings in explore it doesn’t have a knight opening it doesn’t let me and I don’t understand what the numbers are for only guess I have is the amount of advantage you might have after playing them. So overall a great app for beginning to learn but it can go deeper to go with other moves and not just learn one opening with only one way for your opponent to respond it should be able to respond with a different opening each time you play it but all in all a good app.

This great little app provides the solution for visualising, exploring and training your chess openings. Backed up by the excellent wikibooks text, it makes learning fun and easy. It also has a reasonable one-off cost - so much less worrying to purchase than an expensive subscription. I hope you go ahead, give it a go, and support the future development of this gem. The user interface could use a bit of love. My one bug-bear is that the name of the variation is cut off on my small iPhone. Doesn’t stop me giving this a full five stars though ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
