Half of games don’t connect
Play a game. Switch to other apps. Come back to play another game. Chess app still running. Now try to start a game - it appears to start then disconnects. Also happens to my opponents so in total about half of games time out with 10 seconds. So annoying. Please fix!

This Game is Great
This game has taught me so much about chess
Life is too short for delay timers
A lot of the game are hidden behind collecting gems, currencies and keys. Designed to delay the player from playing all the levels at once. Outside of Apple Arcade, I speculate that all those timed delays can be shortened with real money. Pity that this game is interesting but I can’t recommend this game for anyone who wants to play a chess game or ten without jumping through all these artificial hoops. You’ve made a “boring” game interesting for people new to it, but you disrespected a player’s time. I don’t want IAP mechanics in Apple Arcade. If you are learning chess, the only place you can play offline without limits is that practice mode. The other modes will have you try to earn coins or gems to unlock. Did not try online.
Best game ever
Apologies for my wrong rating, I just realised how dumb it was for me to not think of castle. Will keep continuing with puzzles and trust they are 100% solvable. Thanks for the interactive GUI,
Good game but needs to be cleaned up
I just lost a match because on move 6 my opponent blundered his Queen and he refused to make another move so I’m on PrizePicks looking at picks and I LOSE FOR AUTO RESIGNATION. It wasn’t even my turn. Plus you should be able to review moves within a match while in a match. Developers just go to lichess or chess.com and copy their system. Good game but not be able to words. No confirm moves on mispresses etc is so outdated. Other than that good chess game to have on arcade where you can review after the match but it’s still clunky. This app just needs to be cleaned up and become more sophisticated
