Использую приложение для просмотра турниров онлайн, почти все время при нажатии на кнопку движка вылетает. iPhone xr, 12.1.4.

They have rather good tactics trainer, but play zone on the phone is just impossible to handle. It steals your time every game, despite I have 100 MB/sec internet connection and no other app ever lagged. And it has tons of bugs which are never fixed. Now it crushes when one of the sides castles. If you try to leave feedback to the tech, the answer is always the same: everything's ok on our side, try to use more stable internet connection.

How I can choose rating of my opponent when I play by phone? I'm premium user.
