Changes the birth year
Whenever I try to add my birthday the birth year always changes it to something random then my correct birth year. Another thing is that there’s no option to only choose one cookie when ordering off the app

Doesn’t work
Wanted to order, tried to change chip store location, and it doesn’t stop spinning.
Incredible Cookies!
These cookies absolutely blow the other cookie places cookies out of the water! They’re significantly better. I don’t want to embellish it too much, or too little, but they’re SO good! My mouth is watering thinking about them as I’m typing this 😅
App uses outdated Address finder
Unfortunately, I live only a mile away from Chip and yet, the “new and improved” app now tells me my address is not in the delivery area (it used to work just fine). But when I call Chip to order for delivery, they can pull up my address no problem? I’ve written them and complained several times and this still has not been fixed on the app. Whichever address search engine the app is using is garbage. It’s frustrating because it means I can’t use/earn my loyalty points by using the app.
Messed up
A banner on the app says an incomplete sentence telling you to download the app you’re already on. It also says delivery not available but that could be my local one.

Unable to Log In
I downloaded the app and created an account two days ago. I have been able to log in to my account through my web browser, but not via the app (it tells me I have the wrong credentials). I was unable to earn any points during my visit to a local store. I was advised by employees to reach out to support to have the points credited to my account, but nowhere on the website or the app is any contact information to be found. 🤷🏼♂️
Worst app ever
The app literally doesnt work. It wont let me order online and wheneve I come in to the store to scan my qr code, it wont read at all. And the worst part is the cashier cant even help me because they have no idea what to do 🤦🏻♂️
