The app is fantastic when it functions properly, but it rarely works.

This is my second bus app, and it is by far the worst of the two. Constantly logging you out, then saying your information doesn’t match to log you back in. It misses notifications and when you aren’t logged in, it will even sometimes send you notifications. I wish our county would move to where’s the bus over this one.

The app breaks any time you try to use it and it’s unreliable

This app frequently gives me the following message, “The server is currently down please try again later.” The later generally means, after the bus has arrived. Another 3rd of the time it just crashes before opening. When it is working it is decent enough but it hasn’t worked 2/3 of the time for about 3 months now.

I love it when my bus planning app crashes almost 90% of the time it’s really helpful when this happens and I can’t see where the bus is as intended great app 10/10 thanks guys

Chipmunks server is down almost every morning and crashes frequently. this app is as unreliable as the school bus system itself.

School District have switched to this bus tracker have failed us. This app is terrible. Half the time it gives the wrong status of buses in route and estimated time to arrive. i have shown up the bus stops thinking I am there 10 minutes before the bus is estimated to be there and found that the busy has already shown up and been waiting for 5 minutes already. Now the app does not even let me log into the system. I talked to the school district trying to get my access but they are unable to figure out why I can connect to the bus server. I have given up on this app after using for over a year and now been 4 months since it has not worked for me. Now I wait sometime over 40 minutes when school is running late at times. Ao any update to the apps seems to make it worse.

App is trash. Server constantly down. Constantly closes as soon as I try to open it. I've uninstalled and installed it more times than I can count, still trash. Very frustrating.

why does it keep saying server down? i cant even see where my bus is

horrible app that i have to use to see where my bus is. crashes almost every day, sometimes says “server not working” and doesn’t load my busses location. genuinely one of the worst apps ive used.
