Once subscribed the app is not working

It’s an absolute fraud. It’s been days since I have done the payment and requested for login credentials for the classes. Not a single phone number responds.. don’t put ur money down the drain. Don’t enroll for these. My child has not been able to attend a single class. I have been given no way to access the recorded videos.

1.IN IOS OR IPHONE THE ASPECT RATIO DOES NOT FIT WELL IN 19:5:9 RATIO ON NEW IPHONE MODELS. 2.IF WE TILT THE SCREEN IT WILL TILT ON ONE SIDE ONLY NOT ANOTHER SIDE. SO PLEASE REVIEW THIS BUGS. AND THE CLASSES IS SO COOL AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND FOR KIDS WITH SUCH AN AFFORDABLE SUBSCRIPTION THANK YOU FOR ALL LMES TO ACADEMY.

I’m in class 10 in my school we never get practicals and marks are the only thing matters there but when I’ve got to know about LMES and Chitti’s workshops,I learnt a lot about science beyond our textbooks. Thank you so much Prem sir and team 🤩🤩🤩
