Needs Improvement

I need to reconfigure my portfolio on every update. Frustrating

The average price of my stocks keeps changing daily, even though I haven’t made any new purchases.

The average price of my stocks changes daily, even though I haven’t made any new purchases. It seems to be using the last traded value as the average price, which prevents me from accurately viewing my invested amount.

Customer Support

Very poor customer support, no prompt replies.

Worst Trading app I have ever ever user

The previous Chola Smart atleast did the basics right. This app is too buggy for anything. Here is the list of issues: 1. I am not able to see the money added to my account properly and it is taking more than an hour to reflect. Ideally it should be in seconds or minutes during trading hours. 2. Most of the times my portfolio is not visible. 3. App is frequently crashing out. 4. I need to login multiple times within a small period and getting logged out frequently without doing anything. I am not sure how such half baked app got released. Apps in finance/trading should be well tested. Chola hurried their movement from the old app unnecessarily.

Mobile heated like any thing

This app is spoiling my mobile it’s boiling like any thing worst experience

Not up to the mark

I was expecting that this app will be better than their smart trade app. However, I am disappointed. Portfolio information not at one place . We have visit two different places to see overall P & L and days P & L. Open/ upcoming IPOs are not visible. Only closed IPOs can be seen. Even after informing customer care, no proper resolution Watchlists created in smart trade app are not imported in this app. So you have to start from scratch.

No realtime updation..the worst app i have ever seen

Dear team, Please rectify this bug whenever i opened for purchase your app is not loading..which makes is making my time to waste a lot.

Numbers of Watchlist

In this app only 5 watchlist only available, we need some more watchlist (around 10), then we can add some stock categories in our watchlist. I kindly request to you please make this change in this app. This may useful for investors. Thank you SB

App crashes after update

App crashes after recent update during trading hours. This really annoying.
