I purchased a subscription primarily to access specific content. Initially, I was able to access the web application once, but subsequently, I have been unable to log in through the app on my iPhone. Despite communicating this issue via email, the company has neither refunded my subscription fee nor provided a resolution. Their response was notably unprofessional. I would not recommend this app to anyone. I urge the Apple Store to review and consider removing this app from the App Store.
Over heat Issue!
At first I thought May be it’s a device problem or May be I’m using mobile data that’s why the phone gets over heated. But then I started watching using wifi now the problem is faster than the mobile data.
Few options to watch no good movies, drama etc total waste of the subscription money.
Need this apps in Apple Tv
These apps work well on iPhones. But this app is not available on Apple Tv to watch on the big screen. Other OTT platform like Hoichoi is available on Apple TV. The developer should make it available to apple tv (a media streaming device from Apple) to watch on the big screen.
Very very poor customer service
Got charged twice for subscription and still couldn’t watch any premium content.
Beware of non responsive customer service. Lost $5. Very unethical business practice. Keep it as my donation!
