Delayed Delivery
While the interface and services are commendable, it takes forever to receive the order. There seems to be issues with the rider getting to the vendor and picking up the order. If I would spend an hour plus waiting for an order, it’s best I just cook or take myself to buy it at the store. What’s the point of a delivery app if it doesn’t guarantee swiftness?

Don’t get me wrong oo the app is easy to use but the delivery process is frustrating. I ordered food and the delivery guy brought it like 2 hours later with the excuse of him having a flat tire like what?
CHOWDECK SERVICE DELIVERY DECLINE
It’s pathetic how chowdeck went from dependable to disappointing. The overcharge on delivery, rude delivery agents, terrible customer service, badly behaved vendors and zero assistance nor compensation from help desk
Incomplete order with no refund
Chowdeck is one of the worst app to use, my food was initially delayed for over an hour, then they canceled my order without delivery to me or refund. We honestly need more food apps, their autonomy is causing all this terrible service
Great app, room for improvement
I enjoy using the app but the inflation on store prices are sometimes a bit much, most times the price on the app is different from what comes with the receipt of purchase
They should endeavor to maintain standards
They started off well, but their riders have become very slow in delivering the orders, sometimes tracking the riders can be very difficult because the numbers they have on the apps are always switched off, a lot of their riders use bicycles for long distance deliveries. Their standard is quickly declining.
Scam
This people are scam they eloped with my money claiming I didn’t pick up my call when the delivery man arrived and I didn’t saw their call🤬🤬🤬
Superb app
I’m convinced that the negative reviews here are paid 😂 Chowdeck is all shades of amazing. If you have issues with the food, face the specific restaurant and not the platform. Ps: their customer service is the best I’ve encountered. World class!
