Function as what I expected 👍🏻
Very Poor App
I try to be positive. The app is unusable. Worse than useless. It is buggy at best. Mostly it never loads and you end up going to the website. Total waste of money for ratepayers.
App not working
It’s been 2 weeks since this app stopped working at least in Fitzgerald Avenue. It seems they can’t care less. I will update how long it takes for them to fix this.
Clumsy and slow
Takes ages to load your collection data and the app is not intuitive. Not bad but needs speeding up.
Slow, unresponsive
The app is slow, unresponsive and all around just difficult to use.

Using iPhone 12. Have to delete app and reinstall each time I want to use it
Helpful if bins have no week stickers!
This app is helpful to people who have just moved house & their bins have no intact ‘Week 1’ or ‘Week 2’ stickers! Once you know that, the CCC website & the pdf calendar is all you really need.
