This application provides a searchable library of the most universally used Christian creeds, confessions and catechisms of the Continental Reformed and English Presbyterian churches.
Included by default are the three ancient creeds (the Apostles' Creed, the Nicene Creed, and the Athanasian Creed); the 'Three Forms of Unity' (the Belgic Confession, the Heidelberg Catechism, and the Canons of Dort); and the Westminster Standards (the Westminster Confession and the Shorter and Larger Catechisms.) Many additional documents may be downloaded from within the application, including a number from non-Reformed traditions.
Any scripture references provided in the original document are hyperlinked and may be viewed within the app itself (KJV), or by linking to a user-specified native bible app or external web site. A full-text search capability (with editable search history) allows you to instantly find words, phrases and scripture references within a single document or across the entire library.
This application will help anyone better understand and appreciate the depth and richness of the Christian faith as it has been historically understood.

1646 WCF
We didn't spend 5 gruelling years at Westminster Abbey to have the 1788 Confession passed of as the original. Please fix this. #datestablishmentprinciple
Great Refresh
Thanks for the refresh! Wished this had a newer and cleaner look for a while. Thanks for doing the work and updating it for us. Great resource and now it's fits into iOS again.
Good concept, but...
This works well and it is a brilliant concept to have all if these Reformed creeds in one handy place, however the text used for the WCF is NOT the 1647 version as written by the Westminster divines, but has some important statements removed. If the full, original text were available I'd give this five stars.
Great little resource
I found this merely by chance -a great handy resource do access the most common creeds and confessions, with the option to download more as extras. Handy with some of them containing reference scriptures, although have yet to get them to work properly (quite possibly my wifi settings anyway). Overall, a handy app to have in the reformed thinkers arsenal! Would love to see more content available, but as it stands, well worth the five stars.

Good, But Not Quite What It Says On The Tin
This is a good application and well worth having. It should be noted that the Westminster Standards are not those of 1647, but the slightly modified version adopted by the Presbyterian Church in the United States of America in 1788.
No update?
I’ve used this app for years and today it’s just blank when I open it. What happened? I can’t report it as a problem with Apple because I didn’t “purchase” anything.
It’s working!
All I did was delete it and reinstall it. It is working on my iPhone. This is THE best app!
This is the catechism app I point all my friends to
This app has great resources. I love that you can add to the list of pre-listed documents. The search feature is excellent. I also love that you can link your favorite Bible app, so you can quickly check the Bible verse references in the footnotes. This is the only creeds and confessions app that I recommend to my friends.
