Never do business with Chrono24 ever again

I ordered a Tag Heuer watch for Christmas, but the watch was arrived only in January. One of the reasons why I chose this Seller, it offered a good delivery time, but the seller could not keep it. I have received the watch and it is perfect, but I am not totally satisfied with the service.

It is in fact the place to go; but improving cumbersome searches and providing better filters (by country x example) would go a long way to make it a superb tool for watch aficionados. Replies from sellers often take too long, some timepieces are there just forgotten”. Little stock of parts and that’s a real bummer specially for Europeans as we don’t have direct access to crystals, bezels etc that are mostly sold on US, Chinese and Japanese markets hence stupidly subject to customs clearance.
