Come on guys, even 1st year student can write a better app. Everything is is so glitched, unnatural, and crude. You can make an order and get charged but the restaurant won’t ever receive it. The app shows allows you to order form the restaurants 100km away from you, then you get called and asked to cancel your order yourself. You get charged and never receive your order. “Small glitch occurred” is a normal message. Without gov and corp contracts they won’t survive!

לא להתקרב - שירות על הפנים. צריך לרדוף שעות אחרים על מנת שיזכו על מרק שהמסעדה הודיעה שלא מספקים.

משתמש באפליקציה כבר לפחות חצי שנה. פותח כדי לשלם במסעדה, מאחריי תור של אנשים ווהאפליקציה מחליטה שזה בדיוק הזמן הנכון לוודא שמספר הטלפון והאימייל שלי נכונים. אמה נמוכה

Couldn’t find a way to report it on chat so I’ll report it here. Some times when entering the app, a screen pops up to update address (unclear why because it is already set), but when pressing save/continue an error pops up and the only way to proceed is by killing the app and opening it again

I have always hated this unnecessary app, which I am forced to use due to the company’s policy, although it I would have done much better without it, if the money would just be transferred to my account as salary. My money could go directly to the restaurants instead of a useless middleman. Anyway, today was the record. I wanted to use the app, but the app decided now is the perfect time to REQUIRE me to validate both my email and phone number. Of course that the right time to do so is when the waitress is standing waiting for me to pay 🤦‍♂️ Not only that, but the SMS has never arrived. As happens all too often, I had to pay with my credit card. God, what a useless app.

More than 30 mins for CS to get back to you while your order is being reserved says a lot about their ongoing CS management and about the customer’s experience
