I used to access the application smoothly, but all of a sudden it is asking me for fingerprint authentication and I am not able to access the application.

I used to access the application smoothly, but all of a sudden it is asking me for fingerprint authentication and I am not able to access the application.
The new update is a disaster! Can’t rename the attachments and 6 MB per claim doesn’t allow me to upload all the needed documents!
Even I left my job and its CIGNA coverage, I’m very looking forward to work again and for sure will select CIGNA again for me & my family 🤝
I’m a member of Cigna since 2015, they used to be caring and doing their job rather good, but since 2017 it has been - to my point of view - one of the worst insurance health providers, they ALWAYS try to evade payment of medical services rendered. Moreover their card is not recognized by any medical entity in my city. So all my family’s medical treatment had to be out of the pocket. And they became careless about their customers.
Cigna before 2018 no one from my point of view could ever complain!! about their way of service and speed of the claims. But to be honest from the beginning of 2018, there is something wrong that has happened. They are not as frequent as they used to be and they are always asking for extra and extra data or invoices which has never been the case before. And sometimes without a valid reason.
This has to be one of the slowest apps I have ever used, and full of bugs that come and go on a regular basis. The latest being the requirement to enter your payment account currency from a drop down menu where USD is not listed. Cannot get past this and cannot submit a claim. Perhaps they introduce these bugs as claim submission flow control 🤔
Extremely outdated. Laggy and slow.
It’s August, 2023 and yes the app is Still trash. As previously stated y many it’s a pain to log in, EVERY TIME. Why can’t you save a password or use facial recognition? I’m a contractor overseas in Europe. 24/7 access? That’s just not true. They will try to schedule you an appointment when it’s convenient for them, NOT when you need help. They gladly take your premiums of course. Do Better Cigna.
The folks who approved the 2FA process have somehow managed to make a frustrating app even more frustrating.
No ability to navigate. Remembers no information. Crashes. Can’t change verification method. How is this possible? Embarrassing app for such a great insurance company
