All of the other reviews on this app are spot on. I can’t log into the app, but I have no problem logging into the website on desktop. Every time I attempt to log in, it says “invalid username/password.” But again, that same password works on desktop.
I’ve been using this app since 2021 and it always was a little buggy. In the past year it has gotten worse and worse, to the point that it’s unusable with my new iPhone 17 Pro. Cigna really needs to support their app better; unless this is a way to reduce claims from their customers.
Only photo upload of receipts/ invoice/Rx available and it’s not possible to access the FILE folder. Not ideal. I keep waiting for it in future updates but it’s not happening. Please update.
WORST SERVICE EVER. Anything takes ages, no one has capability to understand or help. Processes are complicated, there are too many steps, digital products aren’t working. As if the firm is trying to set bureaucratic barriers to lower insurance usage, hoping people would be worn down. It’s NOT HELPING anyone get treatment.
The app is simply not functioning. One spends hours trying to log in all the information and regularly gets logged out and have to try again. Unacceptable!

I keep getting logged out of the app repeatedly while trying to file my claim. I have just spent more than an hour trying to submit one invoice in one claim. And noting how many other users have been complaining about the same issue for years, I really wonder why Cigna is not fixing these basic issues. Customer interface at its very worst.
The app constantly tells me my password is incorrect. I’ve taken to backspacing when I’m in the password field to get rid of any phantom characters which seems to fix it. Furthermore it will randomly kick me off and back to the login screen. This app needs some serious work and updates
I cannot download ‘My plan’. There are pdf documents which would not download.
