Cilory - Online Shopping App

This is the first time, I am ordering and it never got delivered. No attempts were made to deliver and the customer care couldn’t resolve the issue, never shop from this fraud website

I recommend not to use until and unless you are sure about the product, the return and refund process was bit hectic where we need to follow up either by chat with them or by calling agent and still not get complete refund but partial. I recently opted for refund but one of the product amount was not refunded and no proper response from agent also.

Amazing product and the quality of the products is just amazing and they have easy return policy also . Also the customer care at cilory are very supportive. Highly recommend this application.

They deliver old and different products dont trust this app. When uh complain about ur wrong product they never help uhh and never give uh refunds and replacements.. so dont waste money on this app insted go and do shoping from any trusted app… cheap cilory

Bad service

Worst app ever used , it doesn’t even have any customer care neither take any return nor give u the refund when asked for it

I am asking for my orders which I have order on 27th just because I payed it now they are not responding and moreover one ROhan Thapa asked me may I help u send me order details etc gmail n I sent it bt no reply is this how your top most so called realiable clothing app deal with customer fraud app

the product as in image and the product I received are completely different. the description says one fabric and u receive some other fabric product. and when u raise a concern they simply ignore and close it saying it is a non returnable product. Neither they are actively available through customer chat or call or email.

They charge very high prices here and the quality of the product is very bad Third class quality Please don't waste your money
