Make cashless QR payments, enjoy personalised deals & experience simplified banking, all-in-one power packed app.
Here’s what’s new:
• Save as Favourite – Now you can add favourite your transaction in just one tap. Experience speedy transaction!
• Transfer Money to TNG eWallet – Never run out of credit in your TNG eWallet app, simple transfer money via CIMB Clicks to your TNG eWallet.
• Services – Adjust your ATM/Debit card limit and transaction limit for different type of transactions.
• Renaming of ‘Instant Transfer’ – Fret not, ‘Instant Transfer’ is still available. We have just renamed it to ‘DuitNow to Account’.
• DuitNow QR – There’s no need for you to input long account numbers for your next fund transfer. Just set up your DuitNow QR account via Settings and you can start to scan and pay. This feature allows you to receive funds too.
• Power packed essentials – New look on your home screen with menu slider to swipe for new features.
• SecureTAC – You no longer have to wait for the push notification to approve/reject your web transaction. SecureTac can be generated directly via the app home screen now.
• Foreign Transfer – You can now send money overseas via the Transfers feature.
• Save better, smarter – With Goals & Savings feature, you can now create & achieve goals savings in auto-pilot mode.
Enhanced features:
• Improved login and push notifications system
• Active Home screen for 30 days. User ID is paired with your device, so use only password &/or fingerprint to access any banking feature.
Settings:
• Easily adjust your Quick Payment limit (up to RM250) via Settings
• Manage activation and deactivation of Touch ID, QR Pay, DuitNow ID, Quick Payment device(s)

• Contact Us – Call or email us directly from your app.
• Quick FAQ access – Get your common queries easily addressed via FAQ link

It doesn’t work at all

Pls look at other banks how they invest their resources in creating a good app. Your app doesn’t working at all!!!

Most recent update 👎

Basically can’t use the app after the most recent updates. It just keeps hanging or just freezes, even after several times of closing and reopening the app. Sometimes when it ain’t broken, don’t fix it. There should be more thorough testing before updates are released.

APPS SAMPAH

Apps cimbclicks ni adalah apps tersampah saya pernah pakai. Dia punya loading tiba2 tak boleh bukak langsung. Tak cukup tu, TAC pula kadang tak sampai2. Bila uninstall lepastu install semula, secure2u pulak masalah. Tolong la buat pembaharuan!

SECURE TAC

What the hell is wrong with the APP it OFTEN CRASHED ! KEEP ASKING ME TO SET UP SECURE TAC BUT IT DOESNT WORK !

Trash app

Stop forcing us to use the app for TACs when your app doesnt even work properly Cant even pay bills... Just send us TACs via sms like every other competent organization

I have some advice

Word of advice to the department responsible for CIMB’s app. Please try to register yourself an account with banks in Australia or the US so you get to see how mobile apps should be designed for banks. Stop embarrassing yourselves and your customers with subpar primitive designs. Invest in better design & development to earn the respect of your customers and peers alike. For years the app has looked the same which suggests the design/dev team has not evolved with time and poor leadership. It’s fine to retain the team but for the sake of your brand, just temporarily outsource or engage a UX agency to give this app a major refresh to meet today’s design standards.

Tac kept getting wrong

Despite keying in the correct tac, apps kept saying it’s wrong

Not user friendly

Can someone cancel the TAC verify function pls. I’m not living in Malaysia, How can I receive TAC number？

Critically To Be improved at every aspects.

1. Frequently Hang while using apps 2. Unuser friendly and ineffectiveness 3. Need to reinstall frequently

THE WORST EVER BANK APPS!!!!!

Seriously CIMB needs to upgrade this apps. Unreliable at all. So dissapointing.
