Very bad experience after updating the app. The credit card details no longer show in the app and prompted JWT error message upon login.

I trusted this bank with a large sum of cash deposit to saving account. they kept changing app, and site settings and I was no longer able to login, when I went overseas. They merely closed my account, and wanted to mail the check at my old address!!! Instead of assisting me with secure login so I could safely transfer money to another bank. They are totally unreliable scammers!

When I opened up the app, I was told to update. After updating, it could not work. Everytime I tried to run it a blank screen will appear. Bad experience for an important financial app. Please look into this as soon as possible.

Crashes. I couldn’t use it once. That means I’ve zero access to my account given I live in US.

Unfriendly keyboard. App crash while setting up digital token.

Hello developers of cimb app, why initial setup already show me insufficient scope for face id? The app obviously didnt consider the ecosystem of ioS of Iphone X properly and it doesnt allow me to perform any banking transactions. Please test properly before you roll out program to consumers!

1. Please make it compatible with iPhone X. 2. Make the interface cleaner and uniform.

Went to bank to update my phone number in order to access CIMB app, customer service told me take 5 working days to process. However, it’s more than 2 weeks, yet their system still remain as old contact number. Wasted my time to Q more than 45 min in the bank 😠

The latest app was downloaded but couldn’t launch @ all. I am using iPhone 13 Pro Max but this problem doesn’t happen to iPhone 14. Please help.
