Starting 11 June 2024, the CIMB OCTO App will replace the CIMB Clicks App with a fresh new look for your everyday banking. The CIMB Clicks App will no longer be available for download. Download the CIMB OCTO App today for an enhanced banking experience.

You can log in to the CIMB OCTO MY App using your CIMB Clicks ID and password! No new account registration is required.

• Fund Transfers – Instant local transfer and fast & low fee foreign transfer
• Pay bills with JomPAY - pay bills such as TNB, Air Selangor, Celcom, Maxis, Digi, UMobile, Unifi, Astro, & more
• Pay Cards/Loans – to CIMB and other banks
• Prepaid Mobile Top Up - Instant top-up/reload for Hotlink, Digi Prepaid, Xpax, TuneTalk, UMobile prepaid, NJoi, etc.
• QR payment – Make cashless payment easily nationwide as well as in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and China
• e-Fixed Deposits – Grow your wealth on-the-go and enjoy competitive rates. You can make a placement and uplift anytime, anywhere without visiting a branch.

App can't load

Every single time I open the accounts page, the app loads for hours and hours and I can't see my account balance no matter how many times i reload the page. Have to use website to see account info. Horrible app. Can't make transactions as the app takes so long to load

I don’t understand this App?? Didn’t directly go to the OCTO App when i wanted to do on9 banking?? And when i log in it says I’ve logged in in multiple accounts? Why so complicated??

Why i dont receive anymore notification when people transfer me money through email?

Wrong account info and always wrong password.

Cimb click far better that this Octo. Keep saying wrong password even wrongly stated info it show my account still has pending payment but already cleared long ago. Please find other app developer than this good for nothing app. - iphone 13 pro max.

No Pay Bills button

The removal of that “Pay Bills” button that existed in the previous CimbClicks app can really trouble at least me if not other people. I’ve been paying my bills through it without any problem (as I’ve set it as favourite) while using the previous app. It will become a hassle to open up my laptop just to pay my bills. Please look into this and improve it. Appreciate it a lot!
