I can’t login into my profile yet again. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled this app multiple times. I’ve disabled my VPN, turned off the WiFi, tried cellular and the login screen disappears before I can login. It seems like every time there is an update the whole app crashes.

Very glitchy and slow. Having to input hours and upload a paper copy is very cumbersome. I’d prefer an app that worked fast and maybe had some short cuts.

This app only works properly a fraction of the time. It’s such a waste of time to keep having to go back into it to enter your data or sign your signature. Double and triple work. Ridiculous.

I DL’d this on my phone and it has too many security sections to it. But I can use it on my tablet so that’s how I do my time. It’s weird I can’t use it on my phone though??

Double time keeping. Just a mess. I love Medical Solutions but this app is just terrible. I’ve considered other agencies because of the time keeping headache. Medely allows you to hit a button to time stamp in and out. Then you just have someone at the facility sign your weekly time sheet (on your phone). Medical solution’s system is worse than antiquated, because you have to do paper sheets plus use this crappy app that lags and takes forever.

Easy to use and accessible

It has the tools for working with Medical Solutions. Recently added features make it a lot more useful. I like the design updates, good user interface.

I have to delete and reinstall this app every week when It’s time to enter my time. It freezes. Medical solutions requires us to download this useless app to entire my time. I requested browser access instead and none is found.

Paper time sheets, and this? It’s a ridiculous process for entering time. Choose one or the other. Not to mention every week I open this app it has a new update. 0 stars

Just submitting a timesheet photo was easy but since we now log all hours in the app, it’s been a huge pain. I gave it a few months to work out the kinks but it’s still beyond slow and constantly glitches. It’s 2023, why is this app functioning like it’s windows 95? 😵‍💫
