It’s great very helpful

I don’t understand why my card locks every other day then it takes so much time to get in touch with an agent

I’ve been using multiple accts with both Citizens and Capital One and their apps were easy to understand and were quick to respond to deposits, transfers, etc. I went to Citadel for better interest rates of a CC and opened 2 other accts to do some extra savings. UGH. Not user friendly at all.

Developer, why is the chat button on top of that menu button? Poor design on the app.

Ever since they upgraded it, with absolutely no notice, and a complete reset of all bills, it has not improved. It’s clunky and I really don’t trust it anymore. Way to take a step backwards.

Easy to use and navigate. Very logical navigation and easy to find the banking options I need

Would like to be able to print a copy of my transaction after making an online payment

Use it daily - but the old app consolidated more info on one screen so was easier to navigate. Using Pay Bills offered setting up all payments on one screen, and always seeing a TOTAL of pending payments on one screen. Now - no Pending Payments total is shown and setting up payments requires accessing more screens. Same as most new apps, they add new functionality or features, but lose the benefit of the old that were beneficial. I know this factually as I work in software development…I’m sure a user group would have pointed out the above in the requirement gathering phase or during acceptance testing. BRING back the old PAY BILLS option of setting up payments on one page and being able to view ALL PENDING payment totals on one page. Hope this makes sense, hope others have stated same, and hope you add this feature back to the app.

I love everything about Citadel federal credit Union. I’ll never go back to another bank convenient, friendly, and dependable.
