Couldn’t rent the bike because app tells me I’m at different location😬. Crazy

Really useless app. Tried to enter mobile number. Told id exceeded maximum attempts and ask to call a help desk that doesn’t exist. Avoid

As a visitor I found it really easy to use. The sign up was quick - just need a mobile no, email address and credit card. Hired 2 bikes 30mins later and there were no problems at all.

Doesn’t send a verification code, so can’t use

Utter garbage. The website is full of utterly useless information -when there should be a link to pay for the pass you need there’s just more and more information on the passes but without the option to buy one. What is the actual point?

I’ve tried entering a UK number and it doesn’t send a code

Tried with 2 separate uk phones and will not send code to verify. Says contact help desk but how?

You are stuck in a loop and can never even rent a bike

Gave 2 stars cause it’s an easy way to get around and decently priced. Lost 3 stars cause the UX and ui are terrible. Poorly thought out experience. Also sometimes tells me I didn’t check my bike back in even when I did. There’s so many small tweaks that could be done that would greatly improve the user experience
