Comfortable interface, very easy and user friendly app. Able to see multi currency and use different currencies for oversea purchase. Trading tool is easy to use as well

Signed up for a credit card and now I am unable to access the app due to some error called CP_004🙄

This app and the hotline number are products that best test your patience. it’s not intuitive so you have to second guess what’s happening. it’s like an old shoe left in the cupboard but not thrown out for sentiment reasons

constantly bugging you with marketing notifications, then when you turn them off constantly tells you to turn them on..

Unable to remove the red badge showing 1 despite logging in and confirming that there are no unread notifications.

On the shopping cart, after payment with Citibank card, it prompted a 2FA notification. Clicking on the 2FA notification does not show me the approval page in the app.

Omg this is the worst banking app ever. It’s laggy and I can’t even login to a different account. The app doesn’t load at all, I had to activate my card via the website. Speechless
