Technology

Good morning, With technology moving forward it’s hard to see the bank not moving in the direction of improvement. Bank transactions should be less complicated. If you need a new card you should not have to wait 10 business days. Thank you for the opportunity M. Flowers

Please let me start by saying that this is the best credit union I have ever been a member of, and I must say I’ve been a member of two others in the past but the team here just goes above and beyond every time I have ever needed them in my only 3-4 years of been a City of Boston Credit Union. Needs improvement

So far the application makes me login to my security questions more often than I should. I also have trouble when logging in. I get shown a blank page so I have to close the application and restart.

This app is the absolute worst!!! The app will close out on you without warning, and if you have your fingerprint set up it will eventually stop working without warning. Also customer service is terrible. It should never take anyone a long time to access their OWN money!!!
