City of Logan

A bit like the Logan City Council itself, the lights are on, but nothing happens.

Can someone please sort this app out? Just sits on the first load screen and never loads up. Used to work fine but now is broken

Stuck on Loading Screen “One moment while we set up your app…”

I used to be able to use this app and now I go to load it it just stays on the ‘one moment while we set up your app’ screen. Uninstalled multiple times and does exactly the same thing.

Just fails to load and stays on the start screen indefinitely.

Would be great if it was well maintained. Never works

If we paid our rates as slowly as this app the council would be starting legal action. It could be useful instead it’s ridiculous

Can’t even get any further and it kept saying can’t fetch your profile… uninstall and reinstall, still the same issue

App not working since the update

Each week I get a notification on my screen which bins. When I go into the app the notification isn’t there. Each week the number keeps going up on my icon even though I go into the app and the only way to get rid of the number is to delete the app and reinstall.
