Horrible app. Horrible portal. I can't pay my bill and haven't been able to for months. This is ridiculous!

Can you choose my location and click search Application crashed

Not really helpful.

I have trying using the app several times the last two days and it slows you to put all the data in, but won’t script it into the system when you hit send. Just adds to the frustration of dealing with the City. Phone numbers anyone???

Dual verification? Email AND phone? And why is the US code not listed at the top by default?

Will not allow to report graffiti,give location.Not Downloading till problems get fixed

I tried to use the app to report graffiti I saw in a city park a day earlier. There is no option to extract location from photos. No option to enter GPS coordinates. The app would only let me enter a street address, but there is no relevant street address in this large park with many trails. Even the option to pick a location from a map didn’t work. In the end, I wasn’t able to make a report.

App freezes & closes every time I try to request a recycle container when I get to the part where you choose which type of container you want.

Why have an app if the user is required to login every time they want to use it? Why create an app that only redirects the user to a website. I’ve seen better apps from 8 year olds.

I can access my portal via web but when I enter my user name and password in the app it tells me it’s wrong. Can’t log in so won’t be using app.
